Intermarché Villefranche-de-Rouergue et Start People interviendront pour jouer le rôle de l'employeur faisant passer un entretien d'embauche, tandis que les jeunes soutiendront leur candidature munis de leur CV. Ainsi, ils pourront s'entrainer à passer un entretien d'embauche pour voir ce qu'il faut et ne faut pas faire, et gagner en assurance.
